Scope. This notice covers the public website and its business inquiry form. It does not describe customer workspace processing, which will be governed by the applicable customer agreement and related data-protection terms.
1. Who is responsible
TIEREX Ltd. is responsible for the website information described here. Our published business location is New York, NY 10036, United States. To contact us about privacy, use the website inquiry form and begin the message with “Privacy Request.”
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, business email address, company, selected plan or area of interest, optional message, and confirmation that you accepted this notice.
Security and delivery information
Our servers and infrastructure providers may process technical request information, such as IP address, user agent, request time, and security events, to deliver the website, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and maintain service security. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the marketing lead record.
Human verification
The form uses a self-hosted ALTCHA proof-of-work challenge. The browser solves a computational challenge and sends the proof to Tierex for validation. The implementation does not require an advertising profile or a third-party CAPTCHA account.
3. How we use information
- Respond to business, product, pricing, and partnership inquiries.
- Evaluate the needs and suitability of prospective customers.
- Operate, secure, monitor, and improve the website and inquiry workflow.
- Prevent spam, fraud, automated abuse, and duplicate submissions.
- Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
4. Legal bases
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process inquiry information to take steps at your request before entering a contract and for our legitimate interests in operating a secure business website, responding to prospective customers, and preventing abuse. We rely on consent where required and you may withdraw consent for future processing.
5. Business-email screening
The inquiry form is intended for business use. We check whether an email domain has mail-exchange records and compare it with maintained lists of common free and disposable email domains. This screening does not prove that the person submitting the form owns the mailbox. We may request separate email confirmation before acting on an inquiry.
6. When information is shared
We may share information with service providers that support cloud hosting, managed databases, security, and email delivery. They may process information only to provide those services under their applicable terms. We may also disclose information when required by law, to address security or fraud, in connection with a corporate transaction, or with your direction.
We do not sell personal information submitted through the inquiry form and do not use it for third-party behavioral advertising.
7. International processing
Our service providers may process information in the United States or other countries. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards for international transfers.
8. Retention
We retain inquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage a prospective business relationship, maintain security and operational records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed for those purposes.
9. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect website information. These include encrypted transport, access controls, rate limiting, human verification, bounded input validation, and restricted infrastructure access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
10. Cookies and analytics
At the date of this notice, the public landing page does not intentionally use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. Essential infrastructure may use short-lived technical data or logs to deliver and protect the site. If our use of cookies or analytics changes, we will update this notice and provide any choices required by law.
11. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent, and to complain to a data-protection authority. Use the contact form and identify the request as a “Privacy Request.” We may need to verify your identity before completing it.
12. Children
The website is intended for business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the inquiry form.
13. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when our website or practices change. The “Last updated” date indicates the current version. Material changes will be communicated where required.
